Mann i cant even make it 3 full days bc i have been crippled by my withdraw anxiety and so ima make it as long as i can b4 i get a little crazy again but ill just take a tiny bit at a long enough period
I recently just tried this in the past week. the problem is my brain- after 36 years of smoking can't tell the difference between smoking weed or smoking cbd. smoking is smoking, and it's the mechanical functioning of hand to mouth that seems to be the problem. regardless of substance. I had a year sober, and I started smoking Damiana with skullcap, and the smoking was so triggering I was eventually back to weed.
I legitimately thought for some reason that we only have cannabinoid receptors in our brains. Interesting… I've had a body high so I'm not sure why tbh
Also smoking/vaping CBD sucks. Learned the hard way. It does give you an effect but it's not medicinal whatsoever. Sometimes you'll even feel high which is odd
Im positive cbd is the only reason i am 8 days thc smoke free. I take 20mg a day, if i didnt id be so depressed id just sit and cry for no reason, wouldn't sleep, wouldn't eat, my irritability would be horrible and result in outburts at people i love which would contribute to my depression making me spiral out, i would relapse most definitely
12 days off the green B.. been using cbd and its great… crazy i had this cbd when i smoked weed and never felt effects and now that thc is gone cbd helping me sleep , deff makes me happier when i start to feel sad lol…Going to stick with it, as i feel way more clarity in my life and it works kinda like a reward as well..
I take CBD at night and yes it'll help you calm down a good bit I have to take 30 mg plus it has a little bit of melotonin in it. Doesn't take long to kick in either maybe 20-30 minutes oh and it's gummies btw and I take that much because I've already taken 10 mg before through out the day and it helped the first time but then the rest of the time it didn't so I switched to another brand plus up the dose to only 30 mg per gummy
Currently, quitting THC vaped. Spent three months pretty much daily smoking THC vape everything from unregulated THC in juice bottles to 10/10 cali disposables. I am an ex alcoholic and t total for life and THC quitting has been 1000% worse than alcohol ever was. Have no interest in relapsing whatsoever because this has been awful. Day 1-3 Nothing whatsoever – you think ahhhhh great I am doing okay Wrong. Day 4-8 Extreme Anger, snapping, no appetite at all. Day 8 you think you're okay but then anxiety kicks in. Your ability to problem-solve and cope with even small changes in routine you are fucked. I have lost lots of weight and currently. Sleep has been non-existent. I am approaching two weeks now and this weekend has been dire. Panic attacks, anxiety, dizzy, raised blood pressure to the point my veins in my neck have felt painful. I am taking some time off work because my ability to focus on tasks, not become too anxious has just gone. I am in the UK and today after reading several academic journals and consulting this video I have decided to explore CBD (in vape form) just to ease some of the symptoms; the anxiety has eased a little, but it is really important that I now use this in combination with other things like exercise, eating again, multi vitamins and generally keep a positive mindset. This has been much much much harder than alcohol ever was. To all those who are here because they are going through the same, best of luck. It is hard but my god I never want to go through this again so do not relapse
I’m on my 11 day of detoxing from 50 mg edibles a few times a week, sometimes daily. On my 10 day I decided to take CBD/CBN for the insomnia symptoms and the more research I did made me realize that CBD is not a good way to ease the symptoms. CBD is also considered a cannabinoid drug even though it’s less known to be addictive it can cause addiction. And withdrawal symptoms for CBD are the same as THC. So if you’re taking CBD for withdrawals you’re just adding to your weed addiction.
thinking of give cbd a chance. what strenght should i look at? i am no stranger to thc, in fact there are nothing that works anymore, as soon i am done with one i roll next,a-b repeat 5g day. iam so tired, no fun anymore.
I call bs on "this stuff is killing it has to potential to kill you "without not explanation of how it kills you when it has helped so many people. At the right amount of thc can help you.
I don't agree with not taking supplements during cannabis withdrawal. You are going through absolute hell and would be thankful to do anything you possibly can to dull the misery–including taking CBD obviously. Do the following and you will have minimal symptoms no matter how much you have smoked and for how long: omega 3 fish oil with very high doses of EPA and DHA, CBD/CBG oil with organic MCT oil base, acetyl-l carnitine, n-acetyl cysteine, ceylon cinnamon, ashwaganda, reishi mushroom, vitamin D, methylated b complex, astaxanthin, NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide). resveratrol, L-tryptophan, glycine, MCTs/ketogenic diet, high dose magnesium, gingko biloba, bacopa monieri, saffron, L-theanine, holy basil leaf, lemon balm, taurine, GABA, turmeric/curcumin, berberine, chamomile/hibiscus teas, hot showers/saunas, etc.
This is 100 percent true.. I went through hell quitting.. 10 months later some guy at work said he smokes cbd and gave me some.. as soon as I finished what he gave me I got the thc weed immediately
Tryi g to quite butthe butterfly and suicidal ideation is way to overwhelming!!!!!!!!!!! Un freaking real!!!!! So many problems attached to it!!!!! Scary to think it's gonna be public in July 2023, guess the name devil's lettuce is fitting. Does anyone else have these symptoms? It's a nightmare. Thanks.
I’m bipolar I’m a alcoholic I haven’t drank in 3 years .I’d been smoking a lot of weed the past year 4 or 5 times a day it’s messed up my life lm trying to quit smoking weed but the craving are too much and I fear the withdrawal.wondering if cbd helps craving and withdrawal so I can get through this
The CBD brand I own is quality and posts test results of all their products. 10 days into quitting weed. I did discover that in the 25mg CBD capsule (dosage I have), it does contain 0.4mg THC. Can I use this or will the small amount of THC wreck my goal of quitting?
I'm just now thinking of quitting I want to get a CDL it's going to be hard for me I have smoked every day/night since 15 and I'm almost 30 now. I want my 30th bday to be a brand new me but mentally I'm having a really hard time quitting. About to get a cbd vape to try to get off thc idk
Curious as to if this prolongs the withdrawal window.. giving quitting my second round for a few different reasons, and am not looking forward to the insomnia. Two years ago I quit for 10 months and the first 2-3mo of insomnia was ROUGH. Picked it back up when I felt it was ok and here I am again about to cross that bridge for the second time (15years of use.. light to moderate but DAILY).
Wondering if I should get some cbd to combat that insomnia.. any thoughts?
I am not a heavy thc smoker ( I average 3 max 4 g a month) but I take a puff EVERY night. Which worries me because I have an addictive personality. I do struggle with focus and motivation which bothers me so I will try the cbd at least on the week days. I guess my problem is the psychological addiction. I admit I smoke to get rid of tension and anxiety. It's my way to chill out. Which is why I don't want to go cold turkey but phase it down slowly.
Funny about that point that if you consume the cbd same way it may trigger the habit in your head. I had similar experience now. I quit tobacco 4 years ago. I don't ever want to go back. I smoke my thc from a glass bong normally. But recently I was given dry cannabis leaves as substitute of tobacco. So I rolled few joints. And it trigger a memory of pleasure of smoking cigarettes. The rolling, holding it in my hand and puffing away. Needles to say I got rid of those joints straight away. It's funny how much more we are addicted to a habit itself than to the actual chemical compound.
Tbh I do nic AND weed, so smoking CBD despite still smoking would such a healthier alternative. This is literally my 3rd time doing this withdrawls game.

Is it possible to have CHS without constant throwing up like how its explained? like for some people could it be only nausea?
Mann i cant even make it 3 full days bc i have been crippled by my withdraw anxiety and so ima make it as long as i can b4 i get a little crazy again but ill just take a tiny bit at a long enough period
For me it worked. Stopped the weed after 20+ yrs, smoked cbd for 6 weeks and now stopped the cbd. So far so good very happy I quit :))

Are you taking CBD yourself for long term withdrawals or have you come off everything now?
I legitimately thought for some reason that we only have cannabinoid receptors in our brains. Interesting… I've had a body high so I'm not sure why tbh

i use herbal health cbd. never used anything better
Thc is not physically addictive so if people just stop being so weak minded it’s easy to stop smoking cannabis
❤️🔥❤️🔥
Did not help me. Opposite….make it worst

i’m on cbd and 0.03% thc, just to help me ween off the 40% thc carts.
Guys honestly, just replace your joints/drugs with going to the gym or other sports. Same positive effect on your body and way healthier
This is 100 percent true.. I went through hell quitting.. 10 months later some guy at work said he smokes cbd and gave me some.. as soon as I finished what he gave me I got the thc weed immediately
I think CBD make me crave weed
Cbd is a "chill" sober
