YEAH, THAT GROUP OF MASKED SUSPECTS ACTUALLY PARKED IN THIS LIQUOR STORE PARKING LOT ON NORTHEAST 23RD IN NICOMA PARK BEFORE BREAKING INTO ELITE CANDY. THIS ONLY PROBLEM WAS, THEY COULDN’T FIND THE MARIJUANA. JUST AFTER 4 A.M. TUESDAY, FIVE HOODED SUSPECTS MADE THEIR WAY TOWARDS ELITE CANNABIS, A NORTHEAST 23RD IN NICOMA PARK. SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWS THE GROUP DUCKING FROM NEARBY TRAFFIC. COME INSIDE THE STORE. CAMERAS CAPTURED THE SUSPECTS FAILED ATTEMPTS TO PRY THE DOOR OPEN USING SEVERAL CROWBARS BEFORE ONE BREAKS THE GLASS. ONCE INSIDE, THEY WERE MET WITH EMPTY SHELVES. THE SUSPECTS BEGAN RUNNING AROUND THE DISPENSARIES EMPTY STOREFRONT AND SLAMMING INTO A DOOR LEADING TO THE GROW FACILITY BUT TO THEIR SHOCK, NOTHING WAS THERE. THEY WERE INSIDE THE BUILDING FOR ABOUT 40S AND THEN AS THEY KIND OF WENT IN, DIDN’T SEE ANYTHING TO STEAL. THEY IMMEDIATELY LEFT OUT. BACK IN AUGUST, THEY GOT BROKEN INTO. SINCE THEN, THE OWNERS HAD MOVED EVERYTHING OUT. NICOMA PARK POLICE SPOTTED. THE GETAWAY CAR AND CHASED THE SUSPECTS BEFORE THEY GOT AWAY.
