The owner of a Davenport tattoo and piercing business was arrested Tuesday in Lancaster County Nebraska for allegedly trafficking in a large quantity of marijuana, mushrooms and vape pens.
According to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department, Amanda N. McCandless, 33, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and a charge of possession without a drug tax stamp.
According to Scott County District Court electronic records, McCandless had changed is name in 2021 to Manda Saurus Rexx. She is charged in Nebraska as Amanda N. McCandless.
McCandless was driving a Chevrolet Malibu eastbound on Interstate 80 when she was pulled over at 9:13 a.m. at exit 395 for an improper lane change and driving on the shoulder.
A drug dog was brought in for an air sniff and hit on the vehicle.

Deputies located 18 pounds of vacuum-sealed marijuana, 3.6 pounds of THC oils, 2 pounds of hash, 10.6 pounds of mushrooms and chocolate bars, and 1,628 THC vape pens.
McCandless was heading back to Davenport at the time of her arrest, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
McCandless and her husband, Chadillac Saurus Rexx, who changed his name in 2021 from Charles Edgar Robison IV, own Tooth and Nail, a tattoo and piercing shop.
