MORRISVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Three men were arrested after 121 pounds of marijuana were found when they were going through Raleigh Durham International Airport, according to arrest warrants.
Austin Butler from St. Paul’s, North Carolina, Anthony Cummings from Parkton, N.C. and Brandon Brown Jr. from Memphis, Tennessee were subsequently arrested by RDU police.
According to arrest warrants, Butler conspired with Brown Jr. and Cummings “to commit the felony of trafficking to transport 121 pounds of marijuana.” He was charged with felony conspire to traffic in marijuana and three counts of felony trafficking in marijuana.
Cummings is accused of conspiring with Butler and Brown Jr. to transport 121 pounds of marijuana, according to arrest warrants. He was charged with felony conspire to traffic in marijuana and two counts of felony trafficking in marijuana.
According to arrest warrants, Brown Jr. transported more than 50 pounds, but less than 2,000 pounds of marijuana. He was charged with two counts of felony trafficking in marijuana and one count of felony conspire to traffic in marijuana.

Brown Jr. received a $100,000 bond, Cummings received a $50,000 bond, and Butler received no bond. All three men will appear in court on Friday at 1:30 p.m.
